  • Order Timeline & Delivery Windows

    All orders require a minimum of 10 hours preparation time from order confirmation. Customers can select their preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout.

    Delivery Timeline:
    - Minimum Delivery Time: 10 hours from order confirmation
    - Maximum Delivery Time: 14 days from order confirmation (subject to slot availability)

    For same-day deliveries, orders must be placed at least 10 hours before the selected delivery slot. Orders placed with insufficient preparation time will automatically be scheduled for the next available slot.

  • Delivery Partners & Timings 

    Deliveries are fulfilled by trusted third-party logistics partners. Our general delivery hours span from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. During checkout, customers can select a preferred delivery slot from the available options (e.g., 11 AM - 12 PM, 12 PM - 1 PM, 1 PM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 3 PM).

    Deliveries will be made anytime within your selected delivery slot. While we strive for timely dispatch, exact delivery times within your selected slot cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Gifting & Contact Details
    If you're sending a surprise gift, kindly ensure the recipient’s contact number is provided. This helps the delivery partner reach them in case of issues.

  • Delays Due to External Factors
    During peak seasons, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions, delivery delays may occur. If affected, we will do our best to keep you informed in real time. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

  • Non-Delivery & Return Handling
    If an order is returned to Caspars Bageri due to an incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, no refund or redelivery will be offered. Please double-check all delivery details before confirming your order.

  • Delivery is a Paid Convenience
    Delivery is a paid service and non-refundable once completed, regardless of the product's consumption or satisfaction post-delivery. Our responsibility ends upon successful handover of the order to the recipient or designated delivery contact.

  • Recipient Unavailability
    In case the recipient is unreachable or refuses delivery, the order will be marked as fulfilled and returned. No redelivery or refund will be processed.
