At Caspars Bageri, we take pride in crafting every order with care and precision. To ensure a smooth experience for both our team and our customers, we've outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

  • In the unlikely event that Caspars Bageri must cancel an order, customers will be informed via call or email along with the reason for cancellation.

  • Any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method, in accordance with the terms of the respective payment gateway.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–5 working days, subject to our payment partner’s policies.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • All modification requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup. Requests are subject to availability and feasibility.

  • If no modification request is received within this timeframe, the order will proceed as originally placed.

  • Any additional cost incurred due to a requested modification must be borne by the customer.

  • Caspars Bageri reserves the right to refuse an order or modification at our discretion. We may limit or cancel orders per customer, household, or payment method in the interest of fair service.

  • If a modification or cancellation request is denied, customers will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ordering.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.
