Refund policy
At Caspars Bageri, each order is handcrafted with care using the finest ingredients. Since our products are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to make things right if there’s an issue.
Returns
As our products are perishable, returns are not accepted.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
The product received is incorrect.
The product is damaged upon arrival.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if production has not yet begun.
Once preparation starts, cancellations are not possible.
