- Right to Refuse: Caspars Bageri reserves the right to refuse any order or limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, or per payment method at our sole discretion. This may occur in cases of suspected fraud, error in product or pricing information, or if we are unable to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment made, as per our Refund Policy.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateway partners. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including product cost and any applicable delivery charges.
- Additional Costs for Modifications: Any additional cost incurred due to a requested order modification (e.g., upgrade in product, change in size) must be borne by the customer and paid before the modification can be confirmed.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Caspars Bageri, we take pride in crafting every order with care and precision. To ensure a smooth experience for both our team and our customers, we've outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.
- No Refunds or Cancellations Once Confirmed: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted, as all orders are made to order and crafted specifically for you. We request you to double-check all details before confirming your order.
- Cancellation by Caspars Bageri: In the unlikely event that Caspars Bageri must cancel an order, customers will be informed via call or email along with the reason for cancellation. Any payment made for such an order will be refunded to the original payment method, in accordance with the terms of the respective payment gateway.
- Refund Processing (if applicable): Refunds, if applicable (e.g., due to cancellation by Caspars Bageri), will be processed within 3–5 working days, subject to our payment partner’s policies.

- Modification Request Window: All modification requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Requests received after this timeframe will not be accommodated.
- Feasibility and Availability: All modification requests are subject to the availability of ingredients, production timelines, and overall feasibility. Caspars Bageri reserves the right to refuse a modification request at our discretion.
- Order Proceeding as Placed: If no modification request is received within the stipulated timeframe, or if a modification request is denied, the order will proceed as originally placed.
- Customer Notification: If a modification request is denied, customers will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ordering.
- Customer Responsibility for Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.
8. Delivery Policy
- Order Timeline: All orders must be placed at least one day in advance. For next-day deliveries, our website accepts orders until 6:00 PM (Indian Standard Time). Orders placed after this cut-off will be scheduled for delivery on the day following the next day (e.g., an order placed at 7:00 PM on Monday will be scheduled for Wednesday delivery).
- Delivery Partners & Timings: Deliveries are fulfilled by trusted third-party logistics partners and will be made anytime within the selected delivery slot. While we strive for timely dispatch, exact delivery times within the slot cannot be guaranteed.
- Gifting & Contact Details: If you are sending a surprise gift, kindly ensure the recipient’s correct and active contact number is provided. This helps the delivery partner reach them in case of delivery issues or for successful handover. Please note: Caspars Bageri does not make reminder calls or send messages to the recipient, other than standard shipping updates provided by our logistics partners.
- Delays Due to External Factors: During peak seasons, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions, delivery delays may occur beyond our control. If your order is affected, we will do our best to keep you informed in real time. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during such times.
- Non-Delivery & Return Handling (Customer Error): If an order is returned to Caspars Bageri due to an incorrect address, an incorrect or unreachable phone number provided by the customer, or the unavailability of the recipient at the specified address during the delivery attempt, no refund or redelivery will be offered. It is your responsibility to double-check all delivery details before confirming your order.
- Delivery is a Paid Convenience: Delivery is a paid service and is non-refundable once completed, regardless of the product's consumption or satisfaction post-delivery. Our responsibility for the delivery service ends upon successful handover of the order to the recipient or the designated delivery contact at the specified address.
- Recipient Unavailability or Refusal: In case the recipient is unreachable (e.g., phone switched off, not answering) during the delivery attempt or refuses to accept the delivery for any reason, the order will be marked as fulfilled and returned to Caspars Bageri. No redelivery or refund will be processed in such scenarios.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Caspars Bageri or its content suppliers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
