All orders are made to order and subject to availability.
Prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing the order. We accept secure online payments through our payment gateway.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Product Information
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
Since all products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, or decoration may occur.
Ingredients and allergens are mentioned in the product description, but cross-contamination may occur as products are made in a shared kitchen.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of order. Estimated delivery times will be shared during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances once an order leaves our bakery.
For self-pickup, please collect your order at the scheduled time to ensure freshness.
5. Returns & Refunds
As our products are perishable, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs for review. (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.)
